At MivonGifts, every product is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we only accept returns, replacements, or exchanges under certain circumstances to ensure fairness and product quality.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your order qualifies for return, replacement, or exchange if it meets one of the following conditions:
- The item received is significantly different from the description or sample shown on our website.
- The item was damaged due to an error by our factory or during shipping by the carrier.
- The item you received is not what you ordered.

to begin the complaint process. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- Video or photos of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)
- Photos showing the full front and back of the product
- A photo of the shipping label
Important Notes
Product measurements are clearly listed in each product description to help you choose the correct size.
Please make sure to review them carefully before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for returns or refusals due to incorrect sizing or personal preferences.
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind.
Once an order has been received in good condition, it cannot be returned.
Processing Time
We review all claims within 24 business hours. Once your return or replacement request is approved,
the replacement process typically takes 7 – 14 business days for your new item to arrive.
