Yes — most products allow you to add custom text (names, short messages, dates, or quotes). When you place an order, use the personalization fields to type your text and choose placement/font options where available. We recommend keeping messages short and clear so they fit nicely and print/read well on the final product.
The short answer is: the clearer the photo, the better the result will be. A high-resolution image helps us create a crisp and vibrant print. But if your favorite photo isn’t perfectly clear, please don’t worry — you can still place your order. Our design team will use advanced technology to enhance and sharpen your image so your final product turns out beautifully.
Yes — you will be shown a preview of your personalized design before you complete payment. The preview reflects how your photo and text will be placed on the product. Please review it carefully; this is your chance to confirm spelling, layout, and image crop. If you need changes, update the design at this stage before submitting your order.
We try to be flexible, but once an order enters production changes are usually not possible. If you contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and production hasn’t started, we may be able to adjust the design or cancel the order. After production begins, we cannot guarantee edits, so please double-check your preview and details before confirming the order.
After your order ships, we’ll send an email containing the tracking link and tracking number. You can click that link to view real-time updates from the carrier. Alternatively, visit our order tracking page and enter your email and order ID to check the status. Note that carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to update tracking after the parcel is dispatched.
Typical delivery times depend on location and product: production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time is added. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days total, though exact timing varies. If you need a faster turnaround, please contact us before ordering — we can sometimes offer expedited production or shipping for an additional fee.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs processing or local import duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility and may add extra time to delivery.
Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrect personalization requested by the customer. We will, however, replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly by us. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve it quickly.
If your item is damaged, defective, or differs from the confirmed design, email our support team with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Please keep your original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Cancellations are possible only before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; if production hasn’t begun we will cancel and refund your payment. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel because the item is custom-made for you.
Yes — many of our products are handcrafted or custom-assembled with attention to detail. That means each item may have slight, natural variations which make it unique. Handmade production ensures higher quality and more personal touches, but can also add a small amount of extra time to the process.
We currently accept USDT (Tether) only. After placing your order you will receive payment instructions with the wallet address and exact USDT amount to send. We accept USDT on the TRC20 network — please confirm the network before sending to avoid failed or lost transactions.
Yes. USDT payments are processed on the blockchain, so we do not collect or store your bank or card details. You send funds directly from your wallet to the provided address. This method provides transparency and reduces the risk of exposing private payment details. Please always double-check the wallet address and network when sending funds.
