Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in our excellent customer service and our commitment to your satisfaction. Every order is crafted with care,
and we strive to ensure the best possible experience for each of our customers.

60-Day Warranty

We guarantee that every product purchased from us is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for up to
60 days from the date of delivery. During this period, if your product is defective or does not meet your expectations,
we will gladly replace it or provide a 100% refund according to our policy.

Order Cancellation & Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via
support@mivongifts.com with your order number and the details of your request.
We will confirm once the change has been processed.

Note: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours after being placed.
Once production begins, the order is locked and cannot be altered or canceled.

Free Replacement or Refund

If your shipping address is correct and your package has not moved for more than three weeks, or exceeds the estimated delivery time,
we will promptly send you a free replacement.

Within 60 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The product received is significantly different from its description or displayed sample.
  • The product is damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue.
  • The product received is not what you ordered.

To begin the process, please contact our Customer Support team at
support@mivongifts.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the product and issue
  • Photo of the shipping label

Refund Information

We review claims within 24 business hours. Qualified refunds are processed immediately after approval,
but depending on your payment method, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You don’t need to send the items back to us — simply provide the requested information and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This saves you time and avoids unnecessary return costs.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your item (for example, for a different size or variant), we’re happy to assist.
However, since all MivonGifts products are custom-made, a resend or reproduction fee may apply depending on the item.

Please note that our replacement and refund policy is valid for 60 days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, we are unable to process any further claims.
