From order to your doorstep
At MivonGifts, every single card is uniquely personalized. We do not pull items off a shelf — your card is designed and produced entirely from scratch just for you at our dedicated production facility.
Once you place your order and provide your Custom ID, our design team begins crafting your card. During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
After production is complete, your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center via our international logistics partners and handed off to your local carrier for final delivery.
⚠️ International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to check your delivery status, or visit our Track Order page.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@mivongifts.com. We can only change the address if the order has not yet entered the printing phase (usually within 24 hours).
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to our support team and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
